Wire-to-Board Connectors in SMT: Small and easy to applicate
W+P PRODUCTS presents the pitches 1.0, 1.25 and 1.5 mm as wire-to-board connectors in surface mount technology
To optimize space and mounting time W+P PRODUCTS enlarges the wire-to-board connector programm with new SMT versions in small pitches: 1.0, 1.25 and 1.5 mm. Equiped with a pick & place pad they are perfectly fitting for automatical assembly in applications with limited space resources, as e.g. in systems of measurement and control technology, consumer electronics and medical devices.
The enlarged range of wire-to-board connectors of W+P PRODUCTS completes the already existing programm of wire-to-board connectors in solder versions.
The new connectors are designed for wire gauges from AWG 28-32. The contact material is tin plated brass, the insulator of the board mount connectors consists of high temperature thermoplastic according to UL 94V0. The solderability is guaranteed for all lead-free soldering processes. The operation temperature ranges from -25°C to +85°C.
The SMT-WTB connectors are compatible to many of the standard connectors. Complete cable assemblies can be ordered in all pitches.
