Compact stacking of PCB Boards in PC/104 Standard
W+P PRODUCTS presents a new connector system that allows compact stacking of PCB boards according to the PC/104-plus standard. It guarantees fast data transmission, low costs and high reliability.
W+P PRODUCTS realizes the 104-pin ISA-Bus of the PC/104-plus Standard with the female header series 622 with 20+20-pin and 32+32-pin in 2.54mm pitch for 16-bit systems.
The 120-pin PCI-Bus of the PC/104-plus Standard is available in the form of series 415 with 4x30-pin in 2mm pitch for 32-bit systems.
The components are offered in stackable versions and in standard versions for the lowest layer. The stackable versions allow the boards to be mounted on top of each other without the need for multiple connectors.
PC/104 plus defines the data transmission for PC-compatible boards that can form complex computer systems. PC/104-plus embraces the increasing need for more bandwidth and consists of 104-pin connectors for ISA-Bus and 120-pin high density connectors for PCI-Bus.
PC/104-plus compatible connectors are employed to realize ultra-compact systems that cover the tasks of single-board computers. Expansion cards with graphic or IO interfaces can be added as necessary.
