Horizontal Pin and Female Headers - now in 1.0 mm pitch
The pin and female header series 7052 and 7092 of W+P PRODUCTS save about 20% space compared with 1.27 mm pitch connectors. With the 1.0 mm pitch they contribute essentially to the trend of downsizing of components. Brandnew they are now available as horizontal version in SMT.
Attractive applications for the pin and female headers are in automation, mobile telephone systems, telecommunications, industrial PCs and in all areas which require compact size and in the same time a flexible design of devices.
The connectors are characterized by an insulation resistance of > 1000 MOhms, a test voltage of 500 VAC and a contact resistance of < 20 mOhms. The contacts are optionally available as gold plated or duplex plated version. The insulator consists of high temperature resisting thermoplastic, rated UL 94V0. The solderability is guaranteed for high temperature Pb-free soldering processes. A safe function is assured in a temperature range of -40° to +105°C.
