SMT pin and female headers in 0.8 x 1.2 mm pitch
More space on the pcb with W+P PRODUCTS: The new SMT pin and female header series 7068, 7069 and 7850 with 0.8 x 1.2 mm pitch save 40% of the space on the pcb compared to the usually inserted pin and female headers with 1.27 x 1.27 mm pitch – which are already small!
Ideal applications for the new series are systems which require compact space, e.g. in automation, in telecommunication, in mobile telephone systems, and in industrial PCs.
With 6 to 100 contacts the new SMT connectors are very flexible in application. They realize different sizes depending on the requirements of the electronic devices.
The female headers are designed as dual entry version for compact stacking of pcbs, the pin headers are available as dual body type or with one single insulator.
The contact material consists of phosphor bronze, the insulator consists of thermoplastic according to UL94 V-0. The solderability is guaranteed according to IEC 512-12A, the operating temperature ranges from –65°C to +125°C.
The new connectors can be delivered in tubes or in tape & reel packaging.
