Price increases for connectors due to rising raw material costs
Continually rising costs for raw materials like copper, brass, bronze, silver and gold cause increasing prices for electromechanical components.

Currently, the trade press reports about increasing prices of raw materials.
Refering to The German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (ZVEI), the German magazin “Elektronik” states, “the procurement costs of this branch are accounting for half of the revenue and manufacturers cannot compensate the increasing prices by improvements in productivity”.
W+P is trying to create the price increase as low as possible.
