In collaboration with the INTEG company W+P PRODUCTS offers new custom-specific connector applications even in marge of quantities below 1000 pcs. They may be realized without tooling. They are manufactured using resin casting and low pressure injection molding techniques.
The new connectors add nicely to the broad spectrum of custom-specific connectors ranging from complex automotive conectors to waterproof female headers to flat cable bend protection.
Typical requirements for custom connectors may be:
- Suitable for high currents
- Manufacturing of custom connecting systems
- Protection Rating Compliance, including specifications for vibration, mechanical durability, humidity, chamical substances, temerature ranges, corrosion (often a necessity in automotive area and industrial electronics).
- Development of specific connectors as substitutes for discontinued products of other manufacturers.
In close contact to the customer W+P PRODUCTS develops tailored connector solutions. Quick and cost-effective. With fast design cycles of four to six weeks (six to nine weeks including tooling). Individual solutions that meet the most demanding requirements to a reasonable price.
