With the new waterproof catalogue, W+P PRODUCTS presents an expanded range of waterproof connectors: RJ-45, D-SUB and USB connectors, cable assemblies and accessories. Other connectors, such as IEEE 1394 (FireWire), DVI connectors, circular connectors are available on request. W+P also offers customized connector solutions.
The waterproof connectors guarantee protection against the effects of temporary and continuous immersion in water, total protection against contact and the penetration of dust according to the protection classes IP67 / IP68.
Technically, the waterproof housings are realized by casting of the connectors, additional O-rings and sealing flanges. Locking systems like bayonet and mating screw ensure safe connections of plug and jack.
The waterproof connectors guarantee temperature resistance from -20°C to +80°C, UV-resistance can be realized on demand.
